Dr. Mahfuzur Rahman

Professor Dr. Md. Mahfuzur Rahman is the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering and Technology at Eastern University, Dhaka, Bangladesh. He achieved his Ph.D. degree in Information Engineering from Hiroshima University, Japan and then worked at NII (National Institute of Informatics), Tokyo, Japan as a post-doctoral researcher for about a year. He worked as a consultant at Totan Information Technology Co. Ltd., Tokyo, Japan for about 3 years prior to his joining Eastern University. He also served as a faculty member of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology, Bangladesh.
